Sade Ayinde

Raised in neighboring North Bellmore, Sade has been a member of the East Meadow Soccer Club since she was nine years old. As a team captain, she helped lead the East Meadow Shooting Stars to three state championships, a Region One Premier league championship, and to become one of the top ranked teams in the region. In addition to being a member of the Shooting Stars, Ayinde has competed with the Eastern New York ODP, the Reion 1 ODP team, the United States Youth National team from U14 to U20, and the Long Island Rough Riders and New York Magic W- League teams. 

Following high school, Ayinde attended the University of Maryland where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. During her time at College Park, Ayinde played center back and forward helping the Terrapins rank within the top 16 teams in the nation, making the NCAA and ACC tournaments several years in a row. Ayinde made University of Maryland women’s soccer history by scoring two goals in the Terrapins first ever defeat over the University of North Carolina which gained her NSCAA National Player of the week and ACC Player of the week honors. 

Most recently, Ayinde has played in Sweden in both the Damallsvensken and Elitettan. As a coach in EMSC, she assists with several of the ECNL teams is the ECNL Girls College Recruiting Coordinator and works with the girls developmental academy teams. In 2015 she joined the ENYYSA ODP Girls Program Staff. In January 2016 she was appointed as an assistant coach for the StonyBrook Women's Soccer Program.
