East Meadow Soccer Club (EMSC) offers need-based financial aid on an annual basis to help families offset some of their club fees. EMSC has limited funds available for these needs, and the amount offered will depend on the amount available each year.
The Deadline For Applications – The club must receive all completed documentation prior to September 15th of the season you are applying for aid for and must include your most recent 1040 Tax Return form(s)
All decisions made by the financial aid committee are final and decision's on a financial aid award (if any) will be communicated by the end of the calender year for which financial aid was applied for. Any award given will be applied towards final payment(s) of club fee's for the soccer season that is most current.
For players that were with East Meadow in the prior season the Board will ask the Coaches:
In order to be eligible for financial aid, all applicants must be in good financial standing with the club and their team.
All Financial Award recipients are still responsible for paying any uniform, club, coaching, or team fee expenses not covered by the aid award.

Applications will be reviewed by the East Meadow Board of Directors - Financial Aid Committee, and all information will be kept confidential. No information will be shared with your head coach, team manager, or any member of the team, so please do not contact your coach or manager to inquire about your eligibility.
Should you be approved for financial aid you will be required to volunteer approx 10 hours of time to one of The East Meadow Winter Indoor tournaments.
