Premier Level Teams: East Meadow SC provides professional training and player development to qualified players to assist them in advancing to play at the highest levels of play available in the state. East Meadow SC is a member of the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) The ECNL has been recognized by the US Soccer Men's & Women’s National Team staff as the highest level league for girls U12s-U18s in the United States.

Travel Level Teams:  The East Meadow SC travel program is designed to be a competitive soccer  program with teams playing  in EDP, and LIJSL leagues. Most East Meadow SC teams play in tournaments throughout the year. Teams are formed by selecting players at open tryouts each spring. The players on travel teams range in age from 8 to 18. Travel soccer requires a FULL YEAR commitment. Teams practice and play throughout the summer, fall and spring, with teams practicing indoors during the winter.
